Abstract

This essay analyses the normative frameworks of the European Union, the Ibero-American Charter, and the Constitution of Mexico City to propose indicators for measuring citizen satisfaction within the context of the right to good public administration. The primary objective is to assess public service management for the benefit of citizens. A qualitative study based on document analysis examines the principles of equity, objectivity, transparency, and relevance in public administration to develop key measurement indicators for municipal governments in Mexico. The findings highlight that the Right to Good Public Administration plays a crucial role in improving public service quality and institutional legitimacy. Finally, the study concludes that implementing this model, particularly at the local government level, can strengthen governance, enhance citizen well-being, and address growing demands for accountability, ultimately improving quality of life.
