Abstract

The current essay seeks to guide clinical psychologists on the need for a psychological clinical history in the process of care for pregnant women; experts in these practices in Cuba mention some shortcomings in the writing of this dossier. And what is new in the current proposal of psychological clinical history in the process of care for pregnant women are the sections: psychosexual sphere, characteristic sphere of personality and psychoobstetric diagnosis: where the gestational process and the personological traits of pregnant women are taken into account. , seeking an epistemic integration that represents their psychosomatic condition.
