Approaches to Managing Human Talent: Theoretical Analysis

Abstract

Humans have changed over time within organizations (businesses, government departments, or other organizations), and their talent has been analyzed from different angles. This work aims to provide a theoretical analysis of human talent based on the management approach/theory used. The following analysis concentrates on factors in such as human talent, management, management approaches/theories. The results of the analysis show that, regard less of the structure of a given organizationor the management approach / theory, an organization’s employees will greatly affect its development and success. Through their individual, professional talent,employees contribute to the company’s overall productivity, competitiveness in the market, and therefore, its profitability.
