This reflective writing presents some of the challenges faced today by organ donation processes worldwide derived from the endemic that is experienced by COVID-19. For the bibliographic reference, a general review has been carried out in different databases, finding that some publications deal with the problem from which the most relevant guidelines were retaken and are described in the present.
