Abstract

Several educational institutes, commercial businesses, and other dependencies focus their efforts on collecting information daily. Their needs require information systems that allow these processes to be streamlined and increase the productivity of human resources. This document presents the development of a web application that covers the need for requests for office supplies by professors of the University of the Southern Highlands. The project is based on the Rapid Application Development methodology (RAD) and SCRUM. Additionally, the architecture design is based on the MVC pattern. The codification of the project involves several development tools, mainly, the Spring Boot framework for coding business rules, Angular JS to build the presentation layer and the Database Management System MySQL for data persistence.
